Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information.

Domestic Shipping Options

Currently, Grandeloria ships exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping, and we do not support local pickup or in-store collection.

We deliver to all standard residential and business addresses, including PO Boxes, via our trusted carrier partners.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method. Additional charges, such as taxes, may apply at the time of purchase. Grandeloria does not charge extra fees for domestic shipments beyond the standard shipping costs listed above.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Use this number to check the status of your delivery directly with the carrier. If you experience any issues with tracking or delivery, please contact our support team at info@grandeloria.com.

Returns, Changes, and Cancellations

Please review our Refund Policy for detailed instructions regarding returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placing them by contacting our support team. After this period, changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed or shipped.

While we strive to maintain accurate delivery estimates, certain circumstances such as weather events, carrier delays, or unforeseen supply issues may affect shipping times. We will always keep you informed of any delays and provide updates via email whenever possible.
